Hearing John Williams' score in Revenge of the Sith with Dolby Atmos at a high volume is jaw-dropping, and all I have is a standard Sony sound bar. My TV's HDR isn't all that sophisticated but the improvement over SDR is still huge! Into the Spider-Verse is also another good choice if you want to flex your TV's HDR. La La Land's HDR is absolutely stunning to look at and makes an already beautiful movie even more dazzling. As far as resolution goes, even upscaled normal 1080p Blu-Rays still look nice but for me HDR and Atmos are what really make 4K worth it. I wouldn't worry too much about the "not true 4K" debate, because while having a movie in native 4K looks nice, the best part of 4K Blu-Ray is the HDR and Dolby Atmos soundtracks.
